What a spectacular game night was that! The longest active premiership drought in the AFL is over, as Melbourne ended 57 years of frustration with a 74-point win over the Western Bulldogs in a pulsating grand final at Perth Stadium. They finished the game where they started. At one point it seemed Bulldogs were coming beck to the game, but it was only momentary. Everything worked out well for Melbourne. Congratulations. Best of luck for Bulldogs next year.
