On the weekend of Pentecost Archbishop Peter sent a Pastoral Letter to further open up the conversations around re-imagining our local Church as Mission Communities. This letter has been printed for our parishioners for over the couple of weeks. If you need to read again please find here. Read more

All priests in the archdiocese has got chance to speak to Archbishop about Mission plan, and Archbishop had heard our hopes and concerns. As indicated at the gatherings, these will be put together in a document and will be shared, by way of a response to what was raised, and a proposal for how we move ahead.

As I indicated last week, not many parishioners read the newsletter, we were thinking if there are any other ways to encourage parishioners to read what is happening in the parish? Let us know what do you think. We sent out a few emails with newsletter weekly to our parishioners . And that suggests we won’t be able to nominate two coordinators to the archdiocese. We have been advertising it for the last four weeks to find coordinators.

There have only three responses we received in connection with Mission. Those concerns will be taken seriously and will try to ask the archdiocese.

We have dedicated a full page in our website for this project. Click here
